Where are Pini Parma products manufactured?
All our garments are 100% Made in Italy. We collaborate exclusively with traditional Italian workshops and artisans to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and authenticity.
What are your international shipping options?
We offer worldwide shipping via express couriers. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available for orders above a specific threshold mentioned at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn and unaltered item within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that made-to-measure or altered items are non-returnable.
How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a detailed 'Size Guide' on every product page. Our fits are generally slim (Italian cut). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size or contacting our style advisors for assistance.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As we strive to process orders quickly, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately for any urgent changes.
