Pini Parma is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if your garment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or size exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all sartorial labels and protective covers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Processing
Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received at our Italian workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
